Course Description:
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday 20:00–22:00 (Tbilisi time, GMT+4)
Course Objective:
- To teach students to code in SQL from zero to an advanced level
- To prepare students for the Oracle 1Z0-071 exam
- To enable graduates to solve complex problems independently using SQL code
Course Concept:
- Students are introduced to databases, their structures, architecture and types
- The course is built around extensive hands-on work, in which students can reinforce what they have learned in theory by putting it into practice
- The course also includes self-study assignments (after every lecture) with exercises on the material covered
- The course ends with an exam that closely resembles the Oracle 1Z0-071 exam
Tools and Minimum Requirements:
Basic knowledge of information technology.
At least A2-level English (B1 or higher preferred).
No knowledge of mathematics or programming is required to complete the course successfully.
Tests and Exam:
- Throughout the course, the second half of every lecture is devoted to hands-on work
- After the lectures, participants receive assignments covering the material studied
- At the end of the course there is a mock exam closely modeled on the Oracle 1Z0-071 exam

What Will You Know and Be Able to Do After the Course?
- Write SQL scripts and work with databases independently
